1. This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom.

3. To claim this offer you must purchase an annual insurance policy with Petplan and ensure a valid email address is provided. You must then request the free product using the coupon which will be provided in your welcome email from Petplan. Petplan holds the right to withdraw if you cancel your Petplan policy within the first 3 months.
4. The promotional period closes at 12:00pm on 25th February 2027.
5. Your free identialert service will be made available in your welcome email from Petplan and therefore is available to start shortly after inception of your Petplan policy for up to 12 months, provided your policy is still active. If you have not received confirmation of your offer after 20 days, please contact us on 0345 071 8000.
6. Use of the identialert offer is subject to identialert’s terms and conditions. Petplan shall not be liable for the delivery of the identialert service or any loss or damage arising from the delivery (or non-delivery) of the service.

1. This offer only applies to customers who purchase a new annual Petplan policy for a dog, cat, rabbit or horse that has not already been insured with Petplan.

6. Judging will take place for all nominations for each of the three categories under independent supervision.

8. The winners of the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards categories will be announced at the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards Ceremony in 2026.

1. The promoter of this Gift Card is Pet Plan Limited (with company number: 01282939) and whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).
2. An eligible entrant is someone who receives an email from Pet Plan with the Gift Card offer and takes out cover for their pet during the Promotional Period (as set out below), aged 18 years old or over, and is a UK resident. The promotor reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all eligible customers. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification under (“Eligible Entrants”). 
3. The opening date for this Gift Card offer will be from 00.01am on the 19th February 2026 to 11:59pm on 14th May 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Any new policies purchased after this date will not be eligible to receive this promotion.
4. To qualify, the policy purchased must still be in force 90 days after purchase. The Promoter will verify after 90 days that the policy purchased is still in force, following which the winner will receive an email from the Promoter. The email will contain the full details on how to use your Gift Card as well as information on the expiration period for the link to claim your Gift Card. Please note that the expiration period for the link will begin from the date you receive the email. 
5. All Petplan insurance policies are subject to and issued in accordance with the Promoter’s underwriting eligibility criteria.
6. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the Gift Card, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the Gift Card, are excluded from entry.
7. All Gift Cards are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.

By submitting or uploading photos to Petplan, you agree to the following terms:

Ownership and Permission

1. You must be the creator and copyright holder of the photo(s), or have full permission from the copyright holder to upload them.
2. Your photo(s) must not include any identifiable individuals.
3. You must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK. Proof of identity or age may be requested.

How to Upload

1. You can upload your pet’s photo(s) using the QR code or direct link provided.
2. The opening date for the photo upload is 01.04.2026 at 06:00 GMT and the closing date for uploads is 31.07.2026 at 23:59 GMT.
3. Petplan is not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, or mis‑transmitted photo(s).
4. Your photo(s) must be appropriate, lawful, and must not infringe any third‑party rights. Petplan may remove any photo(s) it considers unsuitable or offensive.
5. Submission of photo(s) does not guarantee inclusion in the online pet photo album.

Personal Data

1. You must provide your name and email address so Petplan can contact you if needed. No additional personal data will be collected.
2. By uploading your photo(s), you consent to Petplan collecting and storing your name, email address, and photo(s) for the purpose of administering this upload. For more information on how your data is used, see our Privacy Notice: https://www.petplan.co.uk/privacy-and-legal/.

No Compensation or Prize

1. You will not receive any giveaway, prize, financial compensation, or other payment for the use of your photo(s). Uploading your photo(s) is solely to contribute to the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® attempt for the Largest online photo album of animals and to appear in the online pet photo album.

Licence to Use

1. By uploading your photo(s), you grant Petplan a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, edit (including resizing or reformatting), publish, repost and distribute your photo(s) in the online pet photo album and across Petplan’s marketing channels, including but not limited to social media (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook), email newsletters, and the Petplan website.

Withdrawal

1. You may request to withdraw your photo(s) by contacting Petplan at [email protected] in writing before 31.07.2026 at 23:59 GMT. After this date, withdrawal may not be possible.

General

1. Petplan may amend these terms where necessary and any new amendments will be posted on the Petplan website.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims).
